Hi all, I have a 2002 SE and for some weird reason my Dashboard lights including my AC units light went out. When I turn the lights on at night the clock and the temp reader on roof are on but very very dimmed. The tail lights are working correctly. You guys think the dimmer went bad or the lights in the intrument cluster went out? any advice would be helpful

I'd check the fuses first. If they are OK, check the dimmer switch (with a multi-meter). What kind of power is it putting out? Does the output from it go up and down when you adjust it?

Yeah, but wouldn't it be weird if they all went out at the same time? That's why I suggested checking the fuses and the switch first. Working in IT for as many years as I have and having seen as many system failures as I have, I doubt they all went out at the same time. That just doesn't happen. The only thing that could cause that would be a massive power spike hitting all of them at the same time. If multiple points fail at the same time, look for a common point that would effect all of them. Then suspect that one point.
