Just something to keep in mind, in 2005 Nissan launched the 3rd generation Xterra. The 2004 and older's V6 (not SC) made about 180hp out of 3.3 litres. In 2005 they kicked it up to 4.0 litres and about 265 hp. If speed is a factor for you I would consider looking at a 2005 or newer.
