You can remove the headlight assembly -- I did it when I filled mine up with muddy water. It is a pain in the a$$, with it being held in place at a bunch of locations. I can't describe how to do it other than you take off not just the lens portion but the plastic trim that surrounds it. I do recall there are several clip that attach to the top cross piece in front of the radiator. Even if you remove it, you cannot detached the lens from the reflector housing. But can hose it our real good and let it air dry well before you reassemble it.

If it is simply a matter of moist air being trapped inside, the lens itself is plastic. It is possible to take a small needle, heat it up, and pierce the plastic lens low where it is not visible. This will all for some minimal exchange of air. However, this may not be legal in all states.
