I have a 05 and when I went into nissan to have my gas guage fixed, they said they have a recall for a electrial sensor of some kind that needs to be replaced. Due to causing stall outs!! Nissan never contaceted me on this recall!! Its free to replace and even if you don't have problems with it get it done!
Aha! Seems that is the issue after all. Happened again yesterday, but it did crank back up on it's own. Becky says the gage read 1/4 tank, but it died on her, and acted just like last time.
Earlier in the week, she filled the tank, but it took 2 days for the gage to actually register that.
I will let her know of the recall.
