Yep! The Off Road package comes with Bilstein shocks all around, the electronics you mentioned, upgraded wheels (aka rims) vs. the S trim, and more skid plates than other trim lines. You also get the rear compartment upgrades shared by the SE: plastic easy-clean liner in the trunk, with the compartment underneath and tie down track.

It's a very capable off road vehicle.
