There is no such thing as "offset rims" per se, but there are specs for the offset and backspacing.

If you don't have 5.5" of backspacing, you have less tire clearance/more rub on the X's front IFS.

You can't "tighten up" the torsion bars, you can only rotate them to a new ride height position.

It SOUNDS like the rims have nothing to do with the low rear end though.

It DOES sound like you raised the front end, so the rear is now RELATIVELY low. (Also, as you raise one end, the rig's weight is transferred to the lower end, exacerbating that stance/rake)

MOST people who raise the front end by using the torsion bars to adjust the ride height raise it about 1.5". If they go farther than that, the alignment so is far out of whack, that there's no adjustment range left and the front tire's outer edges get eaten up pretty fast.

A good rule of thumb is to measure the gap for the UPPER bump stop to UCA pad....it should be at least 1/2", typically 1/2" - 3/4", to still be in range for a decent alignment. If LESS than that, you need to rotate the t-bars back down a bit to get that gap.

If you raised the front by ~ 1.5", changing your rear shackles from the OEM 3" to an after market ~ 6" or so shackle will lift the rear by a matching 1.5" (1" of added shackle length over stock = ~ 1/2" of rear lift, so a shackle that's 3" LONGER will add 1.5" of lift)

You can get those lift shackles (Same ones used for the 3" suspension lift) at www.4x4parts.com, or make them if you are handy, etc.
