I drilled out the holes for the "jack bolts" by first drilling a 3/8" hole, then widening it to roughly 7/16" as I don't have a 7/16" bit: Larger Version - 126K, 640 x 480
Next, tighten the jack bolt until the provided rubber washer compresses against the stock craptainium roof rack rail: Larger Version - 124K, 640 x 480
This is a very low profile basket, so your clearance is about 3/16" of an inch. I'm a little worried that with a load, I'll be close to touching my roof. Only time will tell: Larger Version - 132K, 640 x 480

I got the loadwarrior and like it. May cost alot but it was worth it for me. And I know I can hold at least my friend and I on it. About 300 pounds. But all the styles I saw where nice.
