By gray I assume you're talking about Silver Lightning?

Get the Granite.

You are aware that the 05 Xterras will be out in a few short months right? You probably won't get one for the same price, but make sure you've looked into them.

The Price is the selling point that and the size. The others i was looking at is the Jeep Wrangler and Liberty. the Xterra has more interior room than both the jeeps and costs the same.

Granite all the way! cool
The price sounds very good as well.
Make sure you know all about the 05 X before you decide to buy an 04 though.

The Liberty has more power and a more comfortable seatwing position (my GF has one)... but the X seems to be more solidly built and is definitely better offroad (esp. since they lowered the Liberty for "safety" reasons).

Sounds like you've got a great deal lined up. I'm personally a blue fan - but go with what you like [ThumbsUp]

I'm surprised you had to come here to ask if it was a good deal! smile

I'd go back there tomorrow (Saturday), if they're open. Course, it being New Year's Day, I doubt it.

Welcome to the forum, btw! [Wave] Come check out Midwest Xterra Owners , too!

Take out the guesswork - fill out the spreadsheet here. Then you will know where you stand based on facts, not hunches.

If you don't have MS Excell, you can download a free MS Office replacement here.

I would highly suggest reading through carbuyingtips.com before you close the deal. Other than a house, a new vehicle is the most expensive item most people purchase. Amazes me when people will spend several hours researching the difference between items that are less than $1K but go into purchasing a new vehicle totally unprepared....

Good luck! Just remember the price of the truck, the loan and the trade in are three separate transactions. Focus on the monthly payment only and you will pay to much!
