Has anyone had them repainted?

The color Is called Aztec Red. I've seen lots of faded bumpers here in the south. Especially ones from Florida.

You could always use grey Herculiner...That would be cool...and durable..

If you use Armorall on a new bumper regularly, it will maintain color fairly well. I've actually seen a Black herculiner coat on an X in San Diego...didn't look too bad! Might stand up to shopping carts and cars floating by on flooded roads better than a regular bumper too laugh

Just don't forget that the bumper pieces are supposed to be grey and not black, so maybe they aren't faded as much as you think? Just a thought, since I have a 2000 with 115K on it and I think the plastic is still the same grey it was when I bought it.

The Back to Black will restore the color back to its original Grey color.

Okay since were talking about the plastic peices.
I've painted my grey plastic with differant black paints. Even under body coating and nothing with stick on! It keep flaking off at
random spots. Anyone know of a permant solution or a long term instead of month to month? And no i'm not going back to grey!

Sounds like you need an adhesion promoter. Try one of your local body supply stores and see what they recommend. There is newer and better stuff hitting the market all the time.
