I can't believe no one beat me to it! I was watching the Red Sox game and they said there was a blockbuster trade that went down within the last hour. As soon as I heard Vancouver, I knew it involved a goalie.

Well Pronger is going somewhere and so is Giguere...

but the Oil don't need another goalie so I'm praying for a 3 way trade that will land us a Blue line of Neidermeyer/Pronger and give someone who can use him a former Con Smyth winner.

I doubt that's gonna happen... in reality I like our blue line, but the above tandem is just down right scary...

I think the ducks could benefit most form a Shooting forward... someone to compliment Selanne. A verteran who knows his wa saround a puck... who that is... not sure, Sakic would have been great.

Havlat is gone, prolly in some deal to get Nabokov...either Redden/Chara will go too. I think the Wild are looking for some veterans and LA is gonna dump some. Glad to see my Stars pick up a couple quality players already withotu giving much up. Modry will look good next to Zubov and Kapenon is not a huge loss. Now that the Canucks have a top tier goalie I can see a couple more trades happening out there....Morrison maybe?

He was good his first year, had a tough season last year though. Who wouldn't, the GM signs a bunch of stiffs then trades away your best player.

i don't like that at all. kaberle is a great defenceman and stajan is a good young player. pronger isn't bad, but he is old. the new nhl needs young speed.
