I moved into a new house. The previous owner left a pair of speakers mounted outside above the deck. The wires run into the garage, where there is a shelf. I'm looking for a device that is able to take mp3s over a network and play them through the speakers. Obviously, it will have to have the pinch connectors for the wires. I'm trying to avoid having to put a stand alone radio or PC out there.

The Roku Soundbridge Is close to what you are looking for. But you would need powered speakers.

get yourself an inexpensive receiver to power those speakers and use the Roku, my parents use one and they love it.
