Hi guys,

About half a year ago I replaced a front brake pads. 3 of them were just fine, but right outer pad was worn to metal. It was stuck pressed against the brake disk and was dragging all the time.

So, after I replaced the pads, I made sure that the caliper moves freely and the pads can slide. [ThumbsUp]

Lately I see the same problem happening again. MPG and acceleration is down , front right wheel is all dusty and gets very hot while driving. frown

Today, I took apart the brake and have found the same situation. The pad was stuck so badly, that I broke it trying to get out. [Crybaby]

Help!!! What is my problem? [Freak]

Yes, I will lubricate the sliding pin with a high-temperuture grease, and clean everything around. Am I missing anything? confused
