Who saw it? Who liked it? Didn't like it? Why or why not? "Discuss"

Personally, I enjoyed it. It was an entertaining movie. Wasn't quite expecting the ending, but interesting none-the-less. Opens the door for more in the future. Only problem is Kiera Knightly hasn't said yes or no to future installments.....everyone else already has.....

It was alright. Some twists and turns I didn't see coming. Alot I did.... I think the fight scene with the whirlpool was a little long. Enjoyed Kiera's legs! [ThumbsUp]

We're planning to go see it this weekend. Seeing her legs makes me want to go sooner though! (I particularly liked the water rescue scene in the beginning of the The Curse ... The water must have been cold... :p :p )

I liked it. Thought it was better than #2, but not quite as good as #1. Thought it was much darker than the first two. Much more myth. Oh, and Capt. Jack really IS wacko!

Keira, BTW, has GREAT legs! laugh

Overall I liked it, but way too long, drawn out, story line wacky/jumpy at times drifts off, doesn’t flow as nicely as the other 2. This one ranks last of the 3 IMO.

The 1st 15 minutes and last hour where good, chop the middle part in half, add some action, replace jacks acid trips with something remotely funny like the other movies and it would have been much better.

K. richards has a nice bit part, the make up artist did’nt have much work to make him look weathered [LOL]

x2 on Toolbox's comments..

It just dragged on for me. There was nothing innovative here, compared to the first two. And I felt that Davy Jones really got neutered here. He was much more menacing in Dead Man's Chest.

That being said, I liked it, it was alright. Just when I compare them to the first two, it pales.

I'm still to see the second part. [Freak]

Maybe I'll just go watch the third part right away. Is the storyline connected between the three parts or not?

Good Heavens, yes. There are approximately 31 different plot lines now. Part two spawned some that carried over, and part 3 built some of its own.

There's definitely some humor in 3 that you need history from 2 to "get" and to be able to laugh at.
