Today my wife and I got to hear the heart beat of the little chia. She is 12 weeks pregnant and this time we wanted to wait till we heard the heart beat to tell anyone. So there it is. In October there will be sounds of a mini chia around the house.

For some reason I picture that commercial with the dad in the yard having a lightsaber battle with his kid.... A little girl. You're so screwed. oops, I misread the post. If you have a little girl you're so screwed.

Awesome!! Congreat Chia!!! We're at 19.5 weeks right now. We've had our fair share of mishaps so we're super excited over this. She has had two ectopic pregnancies(had to remove one of her tubes because of it), miscarried at 13 weeks, and had a faild IVF attempt. This wos done the all natural way and so far everything is working great!!! She's at the point that if the dog barks, she can feel the baby jump. We go on Tuesday to find out if it's a boy or girl. It's so cool to see the movement in the ultrasounds. My wife rented a baby monitor from somewhere so we can listen to the heartbeat whenever we want without help from the doc. It's an awesome experience!!! I have some of our baby's doctor's visits uploaded to one of my FTP's Ultrasound clip at 13 weeks (she had some bleeding and was rushed to the ER. They took this to show her all was still ok) For some reason, I can't get the heartbeat itself posted here....I'll figure it out and post that up too. CONGRATS AGAIN CHIA!!! Good times ahead!!!

Congrats Chia! My wife is 8 weeks, though having some serious complications that we're hoping and praying the best for. But...we went to an "emengency" visit to the doctor on Tuesday and the good news is that there is a heartbeat, though weak, and it's in the uterus (not ectopic). Other than our parents, we haven't told anyone yet. Well, other than our parents and now XOC.
