I picked up Condemmed for $20 a couple of weeks back - not a bad deal at all, and it's a decent game. Just don't play it at night. With the lights out. With 5.1 dolby surround sound....

You can get Ridge Racer 6 for about $20 at Walmart now... and the 2006 versions of Madden and Live can be had for $15-$20 as well
