I did this around 1 Year ago, when I replaced the Front Bumper with a Shrock...I do not have Pics, but it is a very Simple But Tedious Job.. 1 Hour a Half of your Time...Once you go underneith your X to check out what needs to be taken off...it is a very "Common Sense" Job:
1. Remove All Grommets that are Bumber Related (again, once you look under, you will know which ones to Remove)
2.Remove All Screws and Nuts.
3.Remove All Plastic Parts: Plastic Skid Plate, Bumper Plastic sides.
4.Remove all Steel Plates that need to be taken off.
5. Remove Side Lights Wires.
6. Remove Bumper Stabilzer Bar
7. Remove Plastic Bumper

You will be amazed of all the Cheap Parts that will make up this Bumper !!!

Like mentioned above. It's really easy. But if I can remember correctly make sure you have a long screwdriver handy. A couple of the screws are in pretty deep on the 02-04's..
Or was that for the grille? [Huh?]

I think that is to reach two of the clips on the grille that you need a long screw driver. As far as removing the bumper, you dont even need to pull off the plastic bumper from the steel piece. Remove the plastic shield thing on the bottom and the cross bar between the frame horns. Then remove the four bolts on the frame horns holding the bumper in place, from there I believe there was just unplugging of the lights and the removal of the bolts where the rubber gromits are near the wheel well. Then the entire bumper should come right off.
