Alpine Green Metalic, 2000 Nissan Xterra with 73K Miles

I have had all the major and minor services done on time. I am never late changing the oil. Clean title history, I am the original owner.

Disclosures:

I am offering this below the private party blue book because....

1) There are some very minor center bumper dings...if it is a problem, Xterra center bumpers are around $100.
2) The air conditioning is not working...there is air that blows out though and the heater works. With the great Northern Cali weather I have never missed it, so I just didn't get it looked at.
3) There is a faulty oxygen sensor that causes the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on periodically. This has been happening for a year and from what my dealership told me, this is a common problem with the early Xterras.

This SUV has been the best car that I have ever owned and is so reliable. I'm so sad to sell it but I need to buy a commuter car.
