Does anyone live in the flats of the bay area?

Flats (sorry)

down in areas where the topography is relatively flat, no hills or practical terrain (i.e Richmond, San Pablo, Concord, Antioch, etc.).

There isnt much for offroading in those areas, at least not from my vantage point.

Heheh, actually, there isn't much [legal] off-roading available in any areas within 50 miles of the bay. The closest places to the greater bay area for off-roading are: Carnegie OHVP in Livermore, Hollister SVRA in Hollister, and Frank Raines OHVP near Patterson.

Most of us go off-roading in the Sierras when the weather and snow levels are conducive to it.
