I was wondering if those of you in Texas are going through Albuquerque and if we should meet up like we did last year? Let me know if I can get the breakfast thing rolling for Sunday morning like before, or mabye Carlton wants to speak with Rick Kulach again? What ever works. Let me know.

The breakfast would be nice. I just don't know if we are going to have as many people going out there from the SWXC this year.

We need to get a good head count of people from the SWXC that are going so we can do this right. I personally would like to do that again.

Yes, this is true. I promise not to further degrade myself by picking up strangers along the way this year. If there were two good things that came out of Stanford's presence, it would be 1.Gave us something to talk about.
2.Gave "insane in the membrane" guy someone to relate to (thus keeping him out of our hair).

Tony, as it stands Carlton and I are the only ones from here. I am going to meet Abiel, from Mexico, on I-10. Hope to try and meet up with Ivan and the West Texas guys. Maybe they will see this post and respond. Looks like 3 trucks from SWXC and I heard maybe 5 from West TX with you and anybody from NM that seems like an OK turnout.

no one as yet is meeting up with us. So it looks like it will be a long lonly drive untill we meet with you guys.

Danielle and I will split one with you if there is still one avalible, also another X owner here in town (NOT Stanford, I haven't seen him since) and his passenger would like to stay as well

I am sure we can organize a meeting point for us all. As long as we get moving early enough in the day I am all for it. I don't want to stay anywhere I like to make it from here to ouray in one day.

The condo would be about 250 a couple for 4 nights, if there is 3 couples. Tony and danielle, me and my roomate. and whoever else.

You always can rent cabin in town. They like 40-50$/night, which is cheaper.

Or you can stop being such babies and just camp. There is something to be said about hangin round the campfire every night.

There's something to be said about lounging in the hot tub with Xena too

we are taking longer approach, but it includes some site seeing along the way. we are leaving saturday and heading to mesa verde, it's outside cortez on the way to durango. on saturday night in the shadow of the ancient indian ruins, it's campfire food and checkers!! sunday we'll head north towards telluride and take ophir over and drop down into ouray.

but if you wanna travel with them texan weenies, be my guest

HMMMMM maybe we can make it into a 3 club caravan and kind of a tour of the southwest while we are at it.
