The fish market guy said that the younger/smaller ones fry better and taste much better. As with every time I cook, we're going to have a LOOOOT of food. _________________________ Warning! Thanks to all for bringing all the excellent food. Trisha the tatar salad was the best, glad Scott talked you into it Nice to see some faces that have not been around in awhile and also to meet new members. Looking forward to the next meeting and of course the next event! You others missed a good one!
