I posted a few days ago that my right front hub had failed in the locked position. Apparently there is a plastic washer that gets chewed up and requires that the entire hub be replaced - $170 for the part (dealer).

Just talked to the dealer again and it IS covered by the 5/60K drivetrain warranty. Taking it in on Monday - thought this might help someone.
