I want more power in my truck. I'm thinking of installing a cold air intake or change my exhaust or both. I just can't spend a ton of money. Does anyone know of an inexpensive or low cost way to mod my truck. I want my truck to sound like it has more ball too.

two things to help you out:

first, use the search function, this has been covered over and over and over...well you get the picture.

second, there isn't a lot you can do for more power in the first gen X, save trading up for an '05/'06...

oh, flowmaster and gibson mufflers will make it seem like the X has more balls, but it's mostly just sound
