This may only apply to the service system used in Canadian dealership ...

I had a cracked manifold, which should be covered by the Extended Service I purchased with the xterra. The Nissan dealer refused to fix it cuz "it's not covered according to their system", even tho I showed them the Service Agreement. In stead of they went to check with Nissan Canada, I had to call them and sort the whole thing out myself. Long story short ... Nissan Canada called the dealership, the service manager called me, their system got corrected and the manifold got replaced no cost.

Just want to remind all owners ... double check the agreement or call Nissan to confirm if you have any doubt.
