So what do you guys think about a throttle body spacer for the Xterra? My brother recorded a 1-2 mpg increase on his hemi ram after he installed one. Made no power gains though, guy on the hemi forum dynoed before and after. It makes a nice little whistle though. Anyone have one on their X?

The reason i said the search function is great, is because once i found out about it, it answered a lot of my questions. I know how it is, i dont want to repost a bunch of BS that everyone else already knows. But thank you guys, this site is very helpful and ive only been on here 2 days.

PS im already planning on a gibson catback, and not sure about which intake yet, but its in the works.

well if you're looking for an open element intake, look at the AEM brute force with a dry filter. i have it with an oiled filter and it gets really nasty when you wheel. i had it with a magna flow exhaust and it sounded really good, especially truckin through the woods in 4lo. K&N also makes one which ive heard good things about. if you're looking for an inclosed airbox, look at the volant. it can also be used with a snorkle if you ever decide to get one.
