I was recently washing my truck when I noticed a quarter size patch of bubbles in the paint... after cleaning my soiled undergarmets I sucked it up and forgot about it until I dicovered this fantastic forum. Anyone experience this (if so I pray for you)... what do you recommend?

Take it to the dealer and have it repainted under warranty. Many people have mentioned this problem, and Nissan knows about it.

The dealer had the rear hatch of my X repainted. They even provided a loaner car.

bring it to him and deal with my X withdrawl.. I didn't know the paint was covered...

I had the same experinece as Dave & Xtoy. Had a coule of small bubbles on the rear hatch. The dealer tried to buff it out and was unsuccessful, so they had the entire rear hatch repainted at a local body shop and provided me with a loaner for 2 days. The only problem was that the loaner was a GEO.

Be sure to ask for the loaner. Good luck.
