Does anyone know if the "Xterra" emblem on the rear hatch is a plain sticker or is the screw in type? I'm planning to remove mine as the supercharged sticker was swiped last Saturday.

Peeled or scraped it off, left some light scratches, probably will stick/glue it to their car.

Wow. That's nuts. My s/c "label" looks like individual letters that if scraped off wouldn't produce a reusable product

Jealousy, envy as motives? I don't understand I guess. I've seen the Xterraparts.com s/c badge they are selling which seems to be solid like the Xterra badges (red raised letters on plastic emblem). Is this the one you had on an early '02?

Haven't seen the Xterraparts one. I called the dealer here in So. CA and I was quoted around $20.00. He was kind of laughing cause it's the second inquiry this week.

Seems it's getting up there in popularity with that "Type R" sticker.

Don't want to entice them A****LES to scratch my truck some more.

Since I have to do a little rubbing to even the slight fade, I'm removing the Xterra sticker too. If you don't know it's an X not my problem.

King Kobra has proudly boasted that he stole a SC badge off a Nissan at an Auto show. Check out his pic and look at the ones of his Hatch, he has the SC logo for a frontier under the Xterra one.

to let you all know.. I work at a factory here in WISCONSIN and i can get any XTERRA emblems made up ...i mean like acrylic that is what we cut and other stuff too ...
i have a sweet ass design that my friend made me there at work one night. The size of the factory xterra would make mine look like a 7-foot basketball player it STANDS OUT that well to SAY that there is no other XTERRA with a TEAL XTERRA and a purple SE around ... well maybe but theres are made out of sticker

I would have kept it original too but common sense says that you shoudn't put a silver sticker on a silver truck. I guess you wouldn't change yours as it shows up great on a black truck. I think Nissan slipped on this one. Just showing what it looks like in person anyway.
