After that, I read the warranty documents an I read that It DOESN´T COVER DAMAGES DUE TO LACK OF ONE OR MORE OF PERIDOIC MAINTENANCES...

The damage of the 5th door relay its not due to the lack of the 3.1 k miles maintenance, isn´t it?

Hell no, the work done during the scheduled maintenence has NOTHING to do with the door locks, therefore if you had never even had the oil changed since you bought it, the door lock should still be eligible for coverage.

Ha, the dealership is the one who screws mine up. Two times now, when I have had something repaired dealing with the rear hatch, the only door that will unlock with the remote afterwards is the drivers.
