Does anyone here know how to remove this panel? I removed all trim from the base trim to the moulding front and back doors (bottom bolts that anchor the belt) and the bottom panel. However, the top panel where the buckle is encased I'm not sure how it's fastened. I'm not sure if it pops off like the bottom panel. When pulling this panel it will not come off.

As posted @ Yahoo, 2 metal clips secure it according to the service manual, should just pry/pop off.
