First of all, wanted to give a big virtual high five to Dan for going to all the trouble to post his pics and instructions for the new AC coil and shackle lift.

I was wondering if anyone could take any educated guesses as to how much the weight of a new bumber (something around 150 lbs like the Shrockworks unit) would offset the 2.5 inch front lift created by the AC springs? I was giving some thought to running that combo...

Once I get the lift I'll tell you for sure. The lift was ordered last week, the bumper is on it's way right now.

It will be just fine. AC started with a softer coil on the frontier, but decided to go with a stiffer coil. Due to most people will be running the aftermarket bumpers. Also they a cold rolled coils, which keep them from sagging over time. I was told that it wont cause much, to any sagging with the bumper and winch. Hope this helps
