It isnt that hard. Have you bought a new one already? Some OEM bades are tough to get out. It should have 2 thin metal strips, one up each side running the length of the rubber. Use needle nose pliers to pull those out, usually 1 is enough. Then the rest of the worn blade should come out.

Install new balde per instructions.

Ahh, I was going to go the lazy route and change the whole wiper - it's a blad only deal, eh?

[Freak] That would do it...

I replaced the whole wiper with one a little bigger and the original was a BITCH to get off. There was a little tab that had to be pressed to slip it off but even then it wouldn't come off. After being a little heavy handed it finnaly came off.

I actually just replaced all 3 wipers last Sunday...

2 size 19 for the front and 1 size 14 for the back. Took me all of 5 minutes to do all 3 wipers...

I have always just bought an entire replacement, just push the little tab in from behind, and slide it off. Pop the little clip off the old one (sometimes new one will have one that fits) pop it on the new wiper and slide it back on the wiper arm.
