Yes, per Westin's website it's the same bar but you need a different mounting kit.

I couldn't remember what color it was. Just dug up a pic and it's black. I'll hold off for now unless it doesn't sell. It's a lot better deal for someone with an '00/'01 since I'd need another mounting kit.

Black, in Charlotte, NC, it has lights on it yes, they are Hella 500's round in clear fog pattern) you can have those for $35 for the pair but the lens are cracked from stones on the road.....it's in good condition still mounted, same one I had on the truck at Uwharrie..........
