In order to have made the insallation process go more smoothly I think you should have at least taken off the roof rack and opened all the doors, hatch, hood, and turned on the windshield wipers.

... i think what my associate is trying to say here is; Is it really necessary for the rear tire to be jacked off the ground in order to install sliders? ...not to mention the Plethora of tools...

Hey, that's my husbands way of doing it without any help, cause I wasn't home, which even if I was, I wouldn't be able to help hold up the sliders. Besides, when you are 6'5 having things up higher is nice for him. Now, the tools...he ALWAYS has way more tools than needed. ![[LOL]](graemlins/lol.gif)

With that tire way up in the air, that reminds me...you should take off the rear sway bar...so it can reach the ground.

Of course you 1st Gen'ers thinking you are funny don't actually realise that you need to drill a hole to install the Shrocks on a 2nd Gen X. Hense the power tools! :p
