In my search and quest for answers in how to lift my Xterra, which by the way was very
successful thanks to all you experience X owners. I encountered another issue? I'm considering
a 3" suspension lift. How will this impact my automobile insurance? Do I have to notified them of
the mods? Will it impact my prem. cost? Any insight would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on your insurance company. A lot of companies wont cover "altered suspension" but there are some that will. Your best bet would be to inquire with your current carrier and ask if they cover lifted rigs, and if not, shop around. Or you could just not tell them it's lifted, then your screwed if you get in an accident!!!

Hope that helps! Later [Wave]
