I had my X for about 3yrs now and notice the rear leafs are starting to sag a bit. Any suggestions on which lift I need to do to get 1-1.5" back and do I need to tweak the T-bars? Where would I locate the T-bars up front?

You can use add-a-leafs in the back like these..

link here
That will fix the sag in the rear..

Because you are asking where the torsion bars are I would suggest you have a qualified person to both the install of the Add-a-leafs as well as the adjustment of the bars. There are lots of forces in a suspension system.. some of them can kill you.

Excellent post, DR. That info should be in a FAQ somewhere.

I'm getting ready to do the same thing, so this will come in handy.

BTW, if you want some pictures for reference with a write-up for the torsion bars, I strongly suggest you go the the MAXC website.

Specifically, here .

I suggest getting a person or two to help you with your AAL's. It will make your life a lot easier. I did mine by myself and it was awful. If you are going at it solo borrow an extra jack or two. This will help you line up the differential and the Leafs when you put them back on. The differential will move front to back but it will also rotate. Use this to your advantage with an extra jack to rotate it to fit the hole. Good luck!
