I followed through the procedures listed on the FLXX site on repacking the front wheel bearings. First I would say that information really saved my day. A couple things I observed: 1. I kind of wonder if one can accidentally bust the inner bearings while chiseling away the rear seal. I thought I saw some discussion in the forum where there is another way to remove the real seal without damaging/replacing the seal itself; 2. Not sure how much torque is needed to remove and replace those 6 bolts the holds the hub body and the rotor together if one has to replace the rotor (like replacing with a cross-drilled part)?

An alternate way to remove the rear seal is to use a wooden dowel or the handle of a hammer to knock it out from the front. Of course, this means you have to have the rotor/hub supported on something sturdy...
