did the brake job and now the ABS light is on and the ATP light too. i have the manuals but it its still a little confusing. any help greatly appreciated.

what exactly did you do during your brake job? Make sure your brake fluid is full and the cap is on properly.

I have no idea what the ATP light is.

First thing I would try is to reset your ecu. Disconnect your negative battery cable, and leave it off for at least several minutes, the longer the better. (some recommend overnight)

If the lights come back on, you know something is definitely amiss.

ATP - Set to come on when tranny is in park, but 4wd is in neutral, thus vehicle could roll off when you walk away...

It's the very definition of "Dummy" light. B/C you'd have to be a dummy to leave a vehicle parked like that. [LOL]
