Recently my stearing wheel started vibrating when driving 30 plus. I don't think I've had any alignment problems since I last had it aligned, (just a slight pull to the right)and my wife denies hitting anything when she has driven my X. From what I gather I think one of my tires maybe out of balance. Is there a way I can check other than taking it to a tire shop. Tire shops used to offer free alignment checks and now I see that they charge for it, so I figure there will be some type of labor charge for checking my tire's balance. I'm just trying to save pennies and time wherever possible. Thanks for the edumacation.

Costco balances for $5 a tire, free if you bought the tires there. I think Discount is the same.

Reminds me, I need to get my tires rotated and balanced....
