Fitting isn't the problem...its the rub under compression...less backspacing = more rub.
If you add bumpstop extensions and give up uptravel on the suspension...and you stop the upward travel before you hit...you don't rub.
If you add a BL, you preserve the uptravel and prevent the rub...the BL is a lot more $/labor though than a Bumpstop Extension (A BL is about $150)...
So - if you are in love with a set of rims with too little BS...there are ways to make it work.
