Kinda makes you wonder if the air moved by those big a$$ speakers would help with forward velocity. laugh

I tend to disagree. That Xterra doesn't look so bad. Now I would never do that to my Xterra (even if I had the money), but some people like to have the biggest stereo on the block.

Notice the doors pictures. That was some pretty custom work. I was rather impressed they got the insides of the doors to look so much different. The standard Xterra doors are pretty plain and boring. People with older Nissans will notice that the inside door handle hasn't changed syles since 1991.

Maybe Nissan should look at some of the custom work done to some Xterras to get ideas on how to "modernize" the interior of their trucks.

I have 8.57 in my wallet, where can I buy one? Hehehe...

It's got the best full body graphics on any X I've ever seen so far.

Well, I will say this. Color matching REALLY helps the front end on the 02's and I do think the paint job is pretty cool...though just for show.

That's where I draw the line though. I don't find the interior to be impressive at all. Anywone can build a bunch of crap to mount speakers and such in and take up all the interior space. What impresses me is when a system is fully integrated into the vehicle and is hardly detectable to anyone but those who installed it. This thing looks like King Kong puked up a bunch of airplane parts inside...STUPID! What's really sad is that it probably doesn't sound any better than a well tuned and properly built system that takes up only a small amount of extra space. Infact, I think it would really suck ass to be sitting with my head right in front of a 15" woofer.

Now, I realize this is a show piece, but why are show pieces so far from reality? Again...STUPID!

Sales. Isn't the whole CES thing about generating leads, making impressions in people's heads about your company's work and products? Personally I agree with you, I'm more impressed with the shops that can do a clean perfect stealth installation that sounds like God. But there's a big LCF (Look Cool Factor) in those show rigs, you gotta admit.
