they do. if you decide to buy something from them then they reimburse you the cost of the master sheets. i think that they are less than 5 dollars.

If your talking about the installation instruction sheet they send for a specifc vehicle, they don't have one. I ordered a system for my truck last week, and was told over the phone they didn't have it yet.
