mangeli Member Registered: 02/08/02 Posts: 139 Loc: Atlanta, GA	I'm looking at putting a mobile 2m rig in my X (mounting the antenna using the way it was done on xterrian) and I'm trying to figure out the best rig to go for. I do not want a dual band rig (I have no need for 440) strictly 2m. Anyone out there that could recomend one thats easy to install in the X? Robert C. Member Registered: 13/06/02 Posts: 223 Loc: Alabama	Well, I know of a good one, but it's dual band, sorry. It's an Icom IC-207. I has 55w max (2 meter). It also has a nice detachable face. The body can be mounted under a seat or somewhere and the face mounted to the dash or console. More info here. If a detachable face is not nessecarily nessecary (pardon the pun), the Icom IC-2100H or IC-V8000 are great (more info here. ). 73, KG4HLG
