Has anyone had any experience with the Rockford Fosgate RFXMP3 changers? I am wondering if they can be easily attached to the 2003 Fosgate head unit. I do not what to change anything, but this would be a nice way to take around my gig's upon gig's of music.

Don't believe so. The Fosgate RFXMP3 seems to be out-dated tech (it attatches to a parallel port). The added cost will be the MMC cards. At about $80 for 128mb you would be able to have around 32 or so songs at 4mb per song. You might think about getting a cheap MP3 player and using an FMmodulator. Those are really the options for listening to MP3's on the stock stereo.
