I was wanting to add A/V components in the X. Does anyone have any opinions on these monitors ? These switch out your stock headrest. Just in case you don't want to cut the OEM headrest.

Also I was wanting some opinions on these 2 different Alpine head units and just wondering which is the best way to go.

or
IVA-D900/IVA-D300

I could be wrong, but it wouldnt surprise me if those monitors were more expensive just because they come with the headrest....

You may be able to pick a set up at a junkyard cheap to mutilate, then just buy the monitors and save some green. Something to look into.

Why not go with an roof mount monitor instead? The power and ground is already their, you just have to run a video source, plus there's no cutting involved. When you sell the X, sell it along, or just remove it and place the light back in.
