Is there a way to mount my hellas on top of the stock bumper? They are currently on a brush guard which is becoming a rust colony. I like the look and functionality of the lights on dark roads so i dont want to lose them. Ive seen several pics of them under the bumper. But i like them on top, has anyone done it? Got pics? Any help would be awsome. Jay

Like this but on the stock bumper. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/733267/2002-nissan-xterra/page-2I know drill holes. :o) but its a tight space in that area. I havent seen anyone do it, curious as to if its even possible.

Nothing yet. But i will keep you posted. Im thinking if i cant use the space thats there, im going to look into the T shaped brackets they sell at lowes. THis would allow for a little more clearance in fron of the grill.

Would they fit if you mounted them to that gray crossmember thing that connects your two framehorns? That may be lower than you wanted anyway... I don't have that grey piece of plastic covering mine anymore and I can tell you that it is a nice piece of metal behind it. Don't have any pics right now (at work) well... let me see if this works... Ok I hope you can see that pic. Anyway, that is what it looks like without that plastic piece. Could you mount the lights to that or are they too big? (sorry so sporadic, keep getting sidetracked)
