I have seen the service CD for sale on eBay. Is it worth it? Does anyone have the .iso of the CDROM?

Many of the eBay ones are illegal. I wouldn't even go there.

Either buy a legit copy or don't talk about it here on XOC. (Just some friendly advice from a F.O.G.)

yea dude, go with www.nissan-techinfo.com. You can purchase a 24 hour subscription and acess all the nissan publications. You can save the service manual (in about 21 or so pdf files). Takes a bit of time but well worth it. Their web server does suck at times so access to the publications is sometimes sketchy. If that happens to you, just call them up an let 'em know. They'll hook it up.
