is the hubs ready to go and be swapped with the auto hubs as is. or do I need some kind of conversion kit....I talked to a guy over in 4wheel parts and he said I'll need somekind of conversion kit also????
Also does the 04'X's still have the same hub setup as the older models??

I did not order mine from xterrapart. They were more expensive than the site I ordered from. But I forgot where, almost like 2 years ago. :p Anyway, you don't need any adapter. I installed them myself in 1 hour. I believe Brent provided me the link for the instruction. Good luck.

No kit, it's just 6 bolts and a snap ring you have to deal with. Take the old hub bolts off, remove the snap ring over the axle shaft, remove the rest of the hub internals in one piece (both how-tos out there show part being removed before the snap ring and the rest after, BAD IDEA), then put the Warn internals on, the snap ring (now in the outer groove of the shaft) and the Warn outer portion on.

Get some actual socket/hex-key bolts instead of the crappy studs Warn provides, info here somewhere...
