has anyone installed their own 6x9 in the back, is easy to take that panel of, is there anything i should becareful not to break?

The panels will come right off once you locate all the screws and clips. The only thing that you could easily break would be the clips that hold the panel on. Just take your time and don't "force" anything that doesn't want to be forced.

I should have read this before doing what i did...had I not been so impatienti would had done just fine, yes posts say what i needed to know thanks... i did dent the out side a little bit... bearly noticeable...trying to fit in pioneer 4way 6x9. However; what i found out after putting them in... is that you can actually cut the fence of the panel and the speaker would have the room necesary... i cutted the shape of the mid and high and it fitted without much damage, but... they are in. I donot recomend anyone to do this unless you know what you're doing, for i wouldn't do it again if i had known they wouldn't fit... now i know so i'll just get the ones that fit with no MODS!!!
