Has anybody else done a ipbnuke conversion??

Depending on what you need to know, I may be able to help you. I've done Movable Type and Greymatter installs (both blogging softwares), so I may be able to shed some light on whatever issues you're having with the install.

It's not the install that is the problem. It is the merging of both databases and the editing of all the neccesary files to make them talk with each other.

I am going to try some different things. I almost had it but had a few little bugs that I couldn't figure out.
