I was also getting some crazy ideas. Anyone own any large parcels of land in AZ? I was thinking of buying a big chunk (assuming it was cheap!) and using it for a getaway/camping/offroading place to visit.

The land is Residential, I don't think it would be allowed in the CC&R's to off-road on it. :rolleyes:

You're right - probably not, but with 74 acres, we'd be doing a lot of "surveying" on weekends. I'd bet no one would ever even see us.

I've got 18 acres 20 miles north of Williams with a rock slide on the edge. I'll eventually make a trail on it.
