That looks pretty cool. (Never heard of it until now.)

I was also getting some crazy ideas. Anyone own any large parcels of land in AZ? I was thinking of buying a big chunk (assuming it was cheap!) and using it for a getaway/camping/offroading place to visit.

Hopefully it wouldn't be totally flat: Big Lot - 74 Acres

Website is little to be desired, at least from this pc. I don't think I'll have my sliders on before then. [LOL]

The land is Residential, I don't think it would be allowed in the CC&R's to off-road on it. :rolleyes:

You're right - probably not, but with 74 acres, we'd be doing a lot of "surveying" on weekends. I'd bet no one would ever even see us. laugh

I've got 18 acres 20 miles north of Williams with a rock slide on the edge. I'll eventually make a trail on it.
