One day, I'll join you guys club. Planning a trip to England now in the fall, my parents left yesterday. So now I have to save up the $2500 or so it will cost to fly back. Damn air fares went up alot in the last couple of years.

I emailed the guy for more info out of curiosity.
It's got a V8 and he's hoping for upwards of $5k. If he got it running like a top and cleaned up real good he might get it, but most who want these trucks are not looking to restore them - I think most just want to take them off the beaten path. Like Dan! (Psssst...Dan! Start wrenching!)

$3000 seems like alot of money. I'm thinking more along the lines of a beat up $300 to $500 out of state rust bucket, but runs reasonably well!
Plus I want the 4 cylinder rather than the V8. One day it will happen. I have to get one so I can learn to weld. Gonna take a class on Welding me thinks, then an old rusted one that needs alot of new bodywork will be a good toy to weld stuff onto!

Good call, Rinky. Mine was pretty solid (but ugly) and I paid $750. I probably have close to $1750 into it now and it's nearly how I want it. I'm keepin' it for a while.
EDIT: The dude's on crack (or something...) No reserve and offering free shipping anywhere in the cont. United States....oops! If I were him, I'd pull the auction right now and start over.
